Keeping your customers over a period of time can be challenging. The strategies that have worked for me are rewarding the most profitable customers to further increase their loyalty, personalizing the follow-ups and targeting customers with special offers. I have learned that it all comes down to knowing your customers and tailoring your approach to each individual. I’m personally using Google Analytics, http://www.hotjar.com and http://www.capsulink.com that provide great insights in page views, visitor demographics, behaviour and much more. Based on this data I see what works best and approach the customers personally to keep them happy.

There’s far more functionality with such a tool than a FB group. Otherwise, great ideas.
